Chocolate Truffle Turtle Torte

Rich chocolate mouse on a thin layer of white cake. In addition topped with a drizzle of caramel and chocolate and sprinkled with pecans.

Sacher Torte

Moist chocolate cake coupled with a thin layer of raspberry through the center together with chocolate ganache poured over the top. Served with raspberry sauce.
